Attorneys listed in THE COLUMBIA LAW LIST are Bonded. Our Bond applies to the United States and Canada, not foreign countries. This is a Surety Bond for $1,000,000.00 covering the entire industry and protects clients against defalcation. The policy is undersigned by Chubb Insurance Co. and besides providing coverage to your clients, it can also be used as a sales tool when negotiating new business.
